Hi Sir/Madam, I have been reading the mailing lists for some time, and have gotten to know the structure of the team, I came and saw the email about jobs, and I would like to apply for the 'Project Leader' role. I have been admin on many times and I motivate the team to push the next release out, I do not force them to do it, but It is because I have a very strong relationship with team members, I get to know them and with that I can motivate them, I also have a strong quality of being friendly and I am a 'natural' leader. I cannot be too soft, but cannot be too hard. I know where to place things and I am very organised. I hope to see The Manual move forward and get to the best It can be, while being 'flexible' with members, as you could say, allowing flexible meeting times. I am a op of 54 channels on Freenode and I am trusted with Op status in all of those channels. I am also so close to becoming a Ubuntu Beginners Team member for Admin stuff and I enjoy working with Ubuntu. Every period of free time I have, I contribute to Ubuntu.
